Your posts are easy to read, there's not a lot of clutter... All around, it's a great journal.
Super short walk this am. I will do more after weight management class tonight. I forgot my binder for class, so I will have to book it home or share. I may just share I doubt I'll get back in time for class.
Trying to find ways to punch up my breakfast. I am getting about 450-600 calories and I want it to be more like 750-800. I HATE BREAKFAST! ha ha I'm not awake enough to want to do it.
Another thing. I'd love for my friends to join me in this... boost of activity. I think it would be nice to see a few notes on progress, and goals. We can help eachother. thats what this page is for!!
So anyway... tomorrow I will be joining the complex gym and checking out a few work out video's from the library. YAY!
