So Yea...
I'm still fat and I'm forever lesbian so ... here is what is up.
I had a great 4th spent it with some friends and had fun. I ate like a pig I am pretty sure it was almost 4k calories. Wow HOlidays suck for intake.
I've been working on boosting my protien, and its been effective. I'm down a whole 10 lbs in 6 weeks. I want it to be more like 15 lbs in 4 weeks. so I need to ramp up the work outs.
Hiking with friends and what I would call family (although not biological) has been a great addition to my work outs.
Hiking is going to be an every weekend event. Walking every other day and I started a walk to run program its 7 months long and at the end of the seven months I should be able to run a 5k! YES!!!
I've also implimented 20 crunches (at least) a day into my work out and I joined my apt complex gym.
Lots of positive moves, in positive directions just not getting the full puzzle put together yet. I have included some great support in my life and I think that with contact with them I am going to do well. I can not dismiss my loafers, but I will not add anymore. Its ridiculous... I understand that you've accpeted that you're fat, but have you noticed that I dont accept that I'm fat? ha ha
Anyway I saw a pic of my self from a coupel weeks ago and I'm a whale, so in order to lose this blubber I've gotta move it move it! ha ha
