I didnt make it to the gym today. I did wake up early enough, but I made myself lunch and dinner for today.
Tonight I work 1040am until 9pm, just getting in some overtime. I hope it pays off!
I did go onto my health insurance website and see what they had to offer. They have a discount for weight watchers, they have a plan where you work with a counselor over the phone, and lots of yoga.
I did a little research online to see what I could find, and I found that every other diet pill says that the next pill doesnt work. I just need something to supress my appetite a bit. Is that so much to ask? (obviously)

Lunch: Chicken Brocoli Alfredo HEALTHY CHOICE frozen dinner (300 calories)
Dinner: Crowder Peas, Smoked Pork Neck, 1 Corn Muffin. (698 Calories)
Snacks: 12 Triscuit Crackers (240 Calories), Whoppers Chocolate Malt Balls (6) (240 calories), and Green Tea, two cups with 1 packet of splenda (0 calories)
Total Caloric Intake: 1,478
